REFUNDS: Please choose carefully. We do not
normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong
selection.
You can choose between a
refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different
from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed
to.
However, due to the
nature of our adult products, if they have been actually USED we can
not. If for any other reason (as stated above) you are not
satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase
within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit voucher.
Sorry we
cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
GOODS DAMAGED IN
TRANSIT: If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge"
replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for
assessment first.
METHOD OF REFUNDS:
Refund:
Zing Zangs will refund to your credit card, or we
can post a cheque or money
order.
Exchange:
Zing Zangs
will exchange the product(s) and ship them to you. Shipping costs in this
instance will be beared by Zing Zangs.
Credit
Vouchers:
Zing Zangs will Issue you
a Credit Voucher, which will be sent in form of an email to your nominated email
address.
Please note: Credit vouchers have an EXPIRY DATE, use of a
CREDIT VOUCHER after the stated Expiry Date will make the Credit Voucher null
and void.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
All we
ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product
in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your
order confirmation record and goods receipt.
