Postage/Freight Information
4 Adults Only uses a variety of different postage/freight methods. Regular parcel post through Australia, unless otherwise requested. 4 Adults Only charges for postage for all postal regions. These postal regions are Local, Domestic and International. Local and Domestic postage is charged at a flat rate of $9.90.
International postage is charged at a flat rate of $9.00. This amount include not only the postage/freight costs it also includes the packaging we put in place to protect your products. Also, keeps the cost of our product down. This includes any and/or all of the following: bubble-wrap, masking tape, air-filled bags, brown paper, tissue paper.
However, in the event of our customers purchasing larger items, items that are bulky and/or heavy in weight , you will be charged extra freight charges. Example: X-Pole, love swing and any other item that would be over 10kgs in weight. Please contact us in regards to your order BEFORE you place your order and we can let you know how much extra freight charges will be applied to your order.
For all other international customers NOT residing in Canada, Britain or America, please note that you will be charged different postage fees as per Australia post to your designated address. You are required to contact us, prior to submitting your order so we can charge you the correct amount of postage/freight.

A.A.E.* - New (available upon request only - additional charges WILL apply) Express Post International (please note additional charges WILL apply)
Platinum Express* (Australia Only - available upon request additional charges WILL apply) Additonal Charges WILL be applied to these requested methods of postage/freight.
Express Parcel Post* is available on upon request only. Platinum Express Post* is available upon request as is A.A.E. (Australian Air Express) (please note: the use of these freight services WILL incur extra charges).
International Express Post is NOW available (please note: the use of this service WILL incur extra charges). Please note that some areas maybe outside the next working day guraranteed delivery areas. We are currently out of the next day guaranteed delivery day. To find out please visit the Australia Post website: www.auspost.com.au or call Australia Post on: 13 13 18.
We have now added A.A.E. as one of our freight carriers. You can use this method upon request (extra charges WILL apply). Please note: description of goods is called "Equipment".
*Express Post and Platinum Express Post available to Australian Customers only. For international customers who would like to use A.A.E. (please note there are heavy costs involved). At times we may have the need to "Drop-Ship" this means your purchases get sent direct to you from our wholesaler. For our international customers your products will be dropped shipped from our wholesalers in countries closest to you.
Your privacy is acknowledged and they will dropship discreetly. Though you still only get charged the base shipping amount, remember that if you have requested special services, such as A.A.E., Platinum or International Express Post (you will be charged accordingly). Your purchases are sent discreetly. Only our business name "4 Adults Only", postal address and contact number is shown in the sender section. If purchases are sent via A.A.E. (Australian Air Express) the word "Equipment" will appear in the description box. Once your purchases have left us or our wholesale dropshippers, we can not determine and are not liable for any delays, no-deliverable purchases (when we have returned freight) or the condition the packaging arrives in, if products are damaged please refer to our refund policy. We take every effort to maintain your privacy and also with the care in the packaging of your purchases.
International Customers please remember that with some International orders sent from one country to another will experience delays at customs, also, customs may open your packaging to determine the contents, this is beyond our control and comes in line with the customs regulations for each country. Should you receive your purchases and have any damaged, missing, non-functioning products. Please refer to our refund policy.
