4 Adults Only Mail and Phone Ordering
When you place an order with us either by mail or by phone; be sure to download the correct order form (order forms are situated below here), print off the order form and complete the order form.

Listed below are easy steps to make your off-line ordering easy and simple.
Directions for Mail and Phone Ordering:
1. Download the order form to your desktop.
2. Open the order form.
3. Print-Off the order form.
4. Enter your details into the "Ship To" area of the order form.
5. Enter your desired products, remembering to enter all details correctly.
6. Add together the price for your products. And remember to add the freight total into this amount. Place this figure in the sub-total box.
7. Less any Gift Voucher/s amount. (Include your gift voucher with your order).
8. Enter the amount into the "Total Amount" box. If ordering by phone keep this order form as a copy of what you have ordered.

9. Remember to INCLUDE your cheque/ money order and Gift Voucher (if you have one) with your order form.
9.1 If you are paying via Credit Card, please add a note to your order that your are paying by credit card. Once we have received your order, we will contact via phone to ask you for your credit card details.
10. Insert into an envelope and address it to:

(Please ensure you have your return address on the back of the envelope).
12. Place a stamp on the envelope and then post your order form, payment (cheque or money order) and any vouchers. Our order forms are in .pdf format only.
